We are an independently owned real estate brokerage. We are not affiliated with the Providence Point Home Owners Association and represent only your interest as a buyer or a seller. Our offices are located in the Town Hall building situated in the heart of the Providence Point community.
From our unique location we are focused on serving the needs of Buyers who are interested in purchasing a home in Providence Point; and on the needs of current owners who are interested in Selling their condominium unit. Our brokerage is responsible for approximately 80% of the real estate transactions that take place in the community each year. We can also assist you in selling a home anywhere in the greater Seattle area, and anywhere in the country through our referral network of qualified realtors.

Alexa MacKinnon
A Hoosier by birth, Alexa's definitely West Coast now! She's lived in Seattle five times but also in San Franciso and San Diego and says she thrives on the Pacific energy. It was while working in Interior Design that she also started marketing Real Estate. Most recently she was with Madison House Real Estate in Seattle , but is excited now to make her home in the office of Providence Real Estate.
